Using this website, submitting a form or creating an account means these terms apply. Anyone who does not agree with them should stop using the site and avoid sending information through it.

02What the Service Covers

EvokeWheel is an independent auto insurance consultant. It is not an insurance company and does not underwrite or issue policies.

This website helps drivers understand cover wording, choose the right level of auto insurance, request a quote and get support with claims and policy changes. Cover itself is issued by a licensed insurance carrier, and any policy that results is a contract between the driver and that carrier.

Nothing on this website is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here guarantees that a particular policy, price or outcome will be available.

03Eligibility

The service is meant for United States residents aged eighteen or older who are able to enter a binding contract and legally able to hold or be listed on an auto insurance policy. Submitting a request confirms that both conditions are met.

04Account Responsibilities

Login details should be kept private, and anything done through an account is treated as done by the account holder. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported straight away so the account can be secured.

05Accuracy of Information Provided

A quote depends entirely on the details supplied about the vehicle, the drivers and the way the car is used. Inaccurate or missing information can change a price, alter what a policy covers or lead a carrier to refuse a claim later on.

Details should be kept current, and changes such as a new address, a new vehicle or an added driver should be reported as soon as they happen.

06Quotes and Coverage Decisions

Every quote shown is an estimate based on the information available at the time and on carrier rules that can change without notice. A quote is not an offer of cover, and cover only begins once a carrier accepts the risk and confirms it in writing.

Final terms, exclusions, limits and deductible amounts are set out in the policy documents issued by the carrier, and those documents take priority over anything shown on this website.

07Electronic Communications

Using this website means agreeing to receive notices and documents by email.

Where the account notification box was checked at signup, EvokeWheel operated by Targeto Inc. may also send account notification texts to the number provided. These are limited to account confirmation, vehicle details received, quote request status, coverage review ready and renewal date reminders. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Text messages can be stopped at any time by replying STOP, and replying HELP returns assistance details.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of getting a quote or purchasing any product or service. EvokeWheel does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

08Acceptable Use

The website may not be used to submit false details, to impersonate another person, to copy or scrape content, to interfere with how the site runs or to attempt access to areas that are not open to the public.

Access may be limited or withdrawn where use of the website breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.

09Third Party Links and Providers

Links to carrier websites, payment services and other outside resources are offered for convenience. Those services run under their own terms and privacy practices, and their content is not controlled from here.

10Intellectual Property

Text, layout, graphics and code on this website belong to EvokeWheel unless marked otherwise. Content may be viewed and saved for personal use, but it may not be republished, resold or reused commercially without written permission.

11Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided as they stand, without warranties of any kind, including any promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of error.

To the fullest extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, from reliance on a quote or from a decision made by an insurance carrier.

12Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute connected to this website or to the service is to be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and each party gives up the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class or representative action.

Arbitration is to be handled by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, and the arbitrator decides the dispute on the merits. Either party may still bring a qualifying matter in small claims court.

13Governing Law

These terms are read under the laws of the state where the office listed below is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

14Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised as the service or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page marks the current version, and continued use of the website after a revision means the updated terms apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further.
